Is there an architectural committee? How may are on that committee? What is there responsibility? What is the process? Are permits required?

Can you recommend 4 architects and builders that know and understand what the city and architectural committee requires so that I do not loose a lot of time and money?

How much are the homeowner’s association dues and what is the money used for?

Are there horse trails, a horse riding club and community riding rings?

Is there a movement to place the utilities underground?

Are the homes on sewer or septic tanks? When you sell, who handles the inspection of the septic tank?
